Simple Sautéed Kale
1/2 Bag of Kale
5-6 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 onion chopped
2 pinches of salt
On medium heat, add EVOO into a sauce pan. Once the oil heats up, add onions and sauté for a minute and then add the garlic. Once garlic browns, add the kale and salt. Stir really well until all the ingredients are mixed together nicely and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. The End!
